Shipping

All orders are shipped within 72 hours. It is estimated to take between 8 - 15 working days for all orders within Europe. As we have our factory in China and also our warehouse, a customs fee may be added when the package arrives in your country, which you as the customer are responsible for.



It is thanks to the warehouse management in China that we can have these low prices as we do not have warehouse costs, personnel and shipping within Europe.



Please contact info@vestasalonika.com if it has been more than 30 working days since your item was shipped and you have not yet received your package and we will send you as soon as possible!

​Refund Policy

We at LUNA SPACE STORE value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following return and refund policy to facilitate your purchase:

Returns for hygienic or resizing reasons

  • If for hygienic reasons you cannot return a used product or if you want to change the size of the product, please contact our customer service at info@vestasalonika.com

Refund

If your case is approved by our customer service, we will process the refund as follows:

  1. 50% Refund to Payment Card: Half the amount will be refunded to the original payment card used for the purchase within 2-3 working days after the case has been processed and approved.

  2. 50% Gift Card: The remaining part of the amount is issued as a gift card that can be used for future purchases in our store. You will receive an email with details of the gift card within 2-5 working days after the case has been approved.

Conditions for refunds and changes in size

  • The product must be in reasonable condition.

  • Customer service must approve the case after reviewing your request.
